We’re looking for a creative strategist who can turn research and ideas
into ads that drive results. You’ll be responsible for developing ad
concepts, writing scripts, and collaborating closely with clients and
editors to deliver high-performing Meta ads for top eCommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:

Research customer pain points and craft winning creative angles for ads

Write and develop scripts, briefs, and storyboards for ad creatives

Manage feedback cycles, ensuring all creatives meet brand goals and performance standards

Analyse ad performance data to guide iterations and uncover new angles

Stay on top of industry trends and competitor campaigns to fuel fresh ideas
Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or creative strategy (agency experience is a bonus)

Strong understanding of Meta and what makes ads convert

Deep understanding of direct response principles

Well-organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Naturally curious and proactive
