We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can own the full creative
process from ideation and scripting to performance analysis and client
communication across multiple DTC accounts. You'll work directly with the
founder and collaborate with video editors and visual creators to consistently
deliver ad concepts that scale on Meta.
Key Responsibilities:

Shape creative strategy across awareness levels, personas, angles, and funnel stages for each client

Write direct response ad scripts rooted in buying psychology and audience awareness stages

Produce high-quality briefs for each client and develop hooks, angles, and iterations weekly

Analyse Meta performance data to identify why ads work and turn insights into next-step briefs

Review edits and give clear, actionable feedback to video editors and visual creators

Lead client calls and present creative direction confidently
Required Skills:

3+ years creating direct response ads for DTC brands or performance agencies

Proven track record on accounts spending $100K+/month on Meta

Deep understanding of Meta creative performance drivers, ad structure, and DR fundamentals

Well-organised, with the ability to jugglAbility to write hooks and scripts that filter the right audience at the right awareness levele multiple projects and deadlines

Strong written and verbal English (C1+) for client-facing communication

Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed, not replace strategic thinking

We're looking for a Video Ad Editor who can turn raw footage, UGC, and creative briefs
into high-converting video ads for DTC brands running on Meta. You'll be editing at volume
across multiple client accounts, working closely with the creative strategy team to
bring concepts to life in formats that perform.
This isn't traditional video editing. Every cut, hook, and transition needs to serve a
direct response purpose. You'll need to understand pacing, retention, and what makes
someone stop scrolling and watch.
Key Responsibilities:

Edit UGC and raw footage into scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives based on strategic briefs

Create motion graphics and animated ad formats that drive performance

Generate AI video clips and visuals using tools like Veo3, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar platforms

Produce multiple variations and iterations for testing at speed

Incorporate feedback quickly and manage deadlines across multiple client accounts
Required Skills:

2+ years of experience editing video ads for DTC brands

Proficiency in professional editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut

Strong understanding of direct response video structure: hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs

Experience using AI video generation platforms to create short video clips from prompts (Veo3, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar is highly preferred)

Ability to produce high volume without dropping quality

Detail-oriented with a fast turnaround on feedback and revisions

We're looking for a Static Ad Creator who can turn creative briefs into high-converting
static ads for DTC brands running on Meta. You'll be designing ad images and carousels
based on strategic direction from the creative team, working across multiple client
accounts to produce volume without sacrificing quality.
This is not a branding role. Every asset you create needs to stop the scroll and drive
action. You'll need to understand what makes a direct response ad convert visually, not just look good.
Key Responsibilities:

Design static ad creatives and carousels based on strategic briefs from the creative team

Execute multiple design variations and iterations for A/B testing at speed

Apply direct response design principles to every asset, prioritising clarity, hierarchy, and hook strength over aesthetics alone

Maintain brand consistency across client accounts while optimising for Meta ad performance

Incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously
Required Skills:

2+ years of experience designing static ads for DTC brands

Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (Canva-only experience is not sufficient)

Strong understanding of what makes Meta ads convert visually: visual hierarchy, layout, contrast, text hierarchy, and thumb-stopping design

Ability to produce high volume without dropping quality

Detail-oriented with a fast turnaround on feedback and revisions

Experience using AI image generation tools to create ad visuals from prompts, and familiarity with AI video platforms like Veo3, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar is highly preferred
